Which class level should I start with?
If you're new to reformer Pilates, Foundations in Flow is the right place to start—it's designed for first-timers and anyone who wants to deepen their connection to the fundamentals. All classes welcome a range of levels, and instructors offer modifications so you can work at your own pace.
How do I book a class?
Book through our online schedule. Select your class time and reserve your spot. If you need childcare, add it during the booking process.
What if I'm running late?
Classes begin promptly. If you arrive more than 5 minutes after start time, we won't be able to admit you, and a $20 late fee applies. Pay the fee and your class credit is returned for rebooking—if not, the credit is forfeited.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 6 hours before class at no charge. Cancellations within 6 hours or no-shows incur a $20 fee. Pay the fee and your class credit is returned for rebooking—if not, the credit is forfeited.
Can I try a class before committing to a membership?
Yes. Start with three classes for $40. Book directly through our schedule.
